2. Payments
All payments are securely processed through SSLCommerz, a licensed payment gateway in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Banking, Net Banking, and bKash.
Minimum Transaction Policy: As per SSLCommerz requirements, all transactions must be at least 10৳ (ten Bangladeshi Taka). Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will automatically gain access to purchased courses, digital content, or softcopy books, or your hardcopy books will be shipped as per the delivery schedule.
3. Delivery Time (Books & Physical Products)
For hardcopy books or physical products:
- Inside Dhaka: 5 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. User Obligations
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, payment, and delivery. Sharing access to courses, digital content, or books without permission is prohibited.
Misuse of any course materials, digital content, or books, including reproduction, distribution, or resale, is strictly forbidden and may result in termination of access without notice.
5. Return & Refund
For details regarding returns and refunds for courses, digital content, and books, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, digital content, and books provided on this platform are the intellectual property of Dr. Masbah Uddin Academy. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality educational resources, courses, and books, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
