At Dr. Masbah Uddin Academy (academy.drmasbahuddin.com), we provide high-quality educational programs, digital content, and books (softcopy and hardcopy). This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund and the timeline for processing it.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • If a purchased course, workshop, digital content, or softcopy book is not delivered or accessible due to technical issues.
  • If a hardcopy book is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered.
  • Other exceptional cases at the discretion of Dr. Masbah Uddin Academy.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to team.drmasbahuddin@gmail.com within 7–10 working days of the purchase or delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Courses, digital content, or softcopy books that have been fully accessed or downloaded.
  • Hardcopy books that have been used or damaged after delivery by the customer.
  • Products purchased by mistake without contacting us within the refund timeline.
  • Services or programs that have already commenced or been partially delivered.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and approved:

  • Refunds for digital products (courses, softcopy books) will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refunds for hardcopy books may require returning the item to us before the refund is processed.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4. Delivery Time (Books)

For hardcopy books delivered physically:

  • Inside Dhaka: 5 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 10 working days
